Returns and Exchanges
Please contact Audette Collection at ja3@audettecollection.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will be issued for qualifying Returns or Exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment. Return shipping charges must be prepaid.
NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:
- Damaged or modified parts, previously installed or altered parts
- Custom and special order parts
- Electrical parts
- Special priced or clearance items
- Used or discontinued parts
The RMA number must be included with your return and marked clearly on the outside of the package to ensure your claim is properly reviewed and your account credited. This is all true only if the return meets the above mentioned criteria. Returned merchandise must be labeled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 30 days from the date of shipment. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and Special Order items are not returnable.

Special Orders/Clearance Items
These items are subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling charges. Special order/clearance items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, non-refundable basis. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of Audette Collection.
Custom Orders
Custom order items may be subject to additional charges pursuant to each individual order and have special handling charges. Custom order items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-returnable basis.
Handling
There are no handling charges.

Picture images, graphics, photographs, layouts and data structures are copyrighted. Any unauthorized use of these materials violates copyright, trademark and privacy laws.
Warranty and Disclaimer
Audette Collection/Seller does not make or have any expressed warranties that extend beyond the description contained herein. Audette Collection/Seller disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. Since Audette Collection/Seller cannot control the manner of use of its products after their sale, Audette Collection/Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages. When Audette Collection/Seller are acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, Audette Collection/Seller expressly limits its liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees Audette Collection/Seller will pass on to the customer. No warranty will apply if its products are in any way altered or modified after delivery by Audette Collection/Seller.
Responsibilities, Release, Hold Harmless
Audette Collection shall not be responsible for any legal issues regarding the modification of street legal vehicles, racing vehicles and all other vehicles. Customer understands and agrees that all items are strictly for racing vehicles not intended to be driven on public streets. The above Terms and Conditions apply also to foreign countries. All legal matters resulting from the business relation are governed by the Haager purchase laws and subject to the jurisdiction of the German courts and laws.
Customer hereby releases and holds Audette Collection harmless from any and all claims, injuries or causes of action by or on behalf of customer or of any third party caused, in whole or in part, by the intentional acts or negligence of customer or of any third party, or in any way related to any failure of customer or customer’s vehicle to comply with any law, ordinance, rule, or regulation.
